  • How can I get the PayrollCafé service?

    • You can sign up for the PayrollCafé service by filling in the following form online - Subscribe now
    • The forms are very simple and quick to fill in.  You will be asked for the minimum of contact, address and payment details.

  • How quickly can you get me up and running with the PayrollCafé service?

    • You can be up and running in a matter of days.
    • The initial subscription form takes only a few minutes to complete - Subscribe Now to PayrollCafé
    • Once your payment is received, you will receive an e-mail with your Employer ID & Password which allows you access to the restricted area of our site.
    • Here you will be required to supply a few details regarding yourself as an employer and each of your employees.
    • That's it! - you then submit a timesheet (which takes minutes to complete) every time you need a payslip produced - we'll even remind you that you need to submit the timesheet.

  • What if I want to talk to someone before subscribing to PayrollCafé?

    • The beauty of our service is that you can do everything you need to do online.
    • However, we understand that some customers would prefer to talk to someone in person before choosing a particular service.

  • How can I pay for the PayrollCafé service?

    • Payment options available are:-

      • Note:- For Cheque payment option, please complete the subscription form & click on the Cheque button.  Then, send a cheque, made payable to PayrollCafé Ltd to Elm Barn, Stert Road, Kingston Blount, Oxforshire, OX39 4SB. Please write your transaction number on the back of the cheque.

  • I don't want to use a credit card over the net, can I pay any other way?

    • Yes, of course.
    • Unfortunately, however, this slows the process down a little and requires a few extra steps for you to take, i.e.
      • You will need to complete the subscription form & click on the "cheque" button.
      • Then, send a cheque, made payable to PayrollCafé Ltd to Elm Barn, Stert Road, Kingston Blount, Oxforshire, OX39 4SB. Please write your transaction number on the back of the cheque.
      • Once we've received & cleared your cheque, we will send you a receipt and welcome pack as normal - the rest of the process is unchanged.
      • You may also arrange to pay us quarterly by standing order. Please contact us for details.

  • How does PayrollCafé guarantee it's service?

    • We guarantee that you will find our service exactly as described on our website so if after the first month, you are not entirely satisfied with the service you have received we will refund your payment in full. Just email us, giving full details of the reason you are dissatisfied and your subscription will be refunded.

  • Will I get a refund if I cancel my subscription

    • Customers cancelling their subscriptions after the guarantee period may claim a partial refund of the fee paid. However, if you cancel because you no longer have any employees, you will still need to file year end returns. PayrollCafé will action this for you but, in this case, no refund can be made.
